为纪念北京—华盛顿建立友好城市30周年，北京金帆学生艺术团应华盛顿市政府邀请，在里根国际中心剧场向美国观众及华人呈现了一台综合文艺节目。华盛顿市文化艺术委员会主席朱迪斯、美国友好城市协会总裁玛丽٠凯恩、中国驻美国大使馆公使衔文化参赞李鸿和数百名观众一起观看了演出。
