美国首都华盛顿体育中心2016年2月3日晚7:00正式开门，球队粉丝们涌进赛场，华盛顿奇才队 VS.和 金州勇士队队员们紧张练习，都为了获得今晚的好成绩在努力。在赛前和中场大家欣赏到精彩的中国传统文化展示和文艺演出，为了更好的宣传中国文化，在华盛顿同乡联合会会长-冯宁平会长的带动下，华府团体的义工们不辞辛苦给美国人送小礼物，让他们知道今年是中国的猴年，逐步给他们宣传中国文化。NBA比赛中场展现武术表演，主场还在播放“新年快乐！Happy New Year!"
