马里兰州蒙郡召开准备会议考察印度建立姐妹城市关系，与今年十一月，为期十天的考察访问。 蒙郡现有几个国家城市建立了姐妹城市，姐妹学校及商业等关系，尤其是在中国四个城市非常成功。

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett is extremely proud of the extraordinary accomplishments of the County’s large and talented Indian American community, including the largest Indian-American state legislative delegation in the nation with Delegates Kumar Barve, Sam Arora, and Aruna Miller representing us in Annapolis. So it is quite appropriate that Montgomery Sister Cities and County Executive Leggett have selected a city in India -- Hyderabad -- as Montgomery County’s fourth Sister City. County Executive Leggett, Montgomery College’s Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Sanjay Rai, and Delegate Aruna Miller will host a joint Sister City and Economic Development Mission trip to India from November 11–22, 2014.
